Osama bin Laden – Terrorist was great video game fan, according to CIA, played Final Fantasy 7 & Co.

As recent files released by the CIA reveal, terrorist Osama bin Laden was a big video game fanatic, playing pirated versions of Final Fantasy 7 and Animal Crossing.

recently released nearly half a million files of Osama bin Laden’s hard drive , which was secured in 2011 during the military operation against al-Qaeda’s former head of terrorist organization in Abbottabad, Pakistan (via PCGamesN ).

The files reveal some interesting personal details about the killed terrorist. In addition to the personal diary of bin Laden, propaganda and videos, the material also contains numerous pirated copies of films, video games and anime series .

As it stands, Osama bin Laden – or whoever used the computer on the compromised hard drive – not only played the RPG classic Final Fantasy 7 and watched the related movie Final Fantasy 7: Advent Children, but was also a big Nintendo DS fan , which is all the more bizarre given the family-friendly nature of the Japanese company.

In addition to Super Mario Bros. is also the colorful life simulation Animal Crossing: Wild World on the file index of the terrorist – a game in which we move into a city full of animals and earn money (Sternis), including fruits and shellfish sell.

According to files, Osama bin Laden was also apparently Otaku, possibly watching anime series like Devil May Cry and playing the Naruto title. Who would have thought?
